Information

Interested applicants should complete this Rental Application. We require proof of income in order to approve your application. In order to expedite processing, please include your most recent LES or one month of paystubs from your current employer.

Amenities

Rental Amounts
Two bedroom apartments currently rent for $650 to $700. Two bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and include a refrigerator, microwave and stove/range. Apartments measure approxiamately 1000 sq.ft. Washer and dryer hookups, cable/internet and landline phone outlets can be found in every apartment.

Security Deposit
We ask for a $600 security deposit unless you are an active duty member participating in Family Housing's Setaside program. This program is facilitated by the Housing Office, and as such, our information is limited. For more information, please follow the link provided. This security deposit, or the approval from Setaside, are required in order to move in to an apartment.

Electricity
Our electric power is provided through Progress Energy. In order to connect your electricity service, a security deposit is required. Inquire with your local bank branch to see if they offer assistance. We require that you furnish proof of your electric service connection within 7 days of moving in to any of our rental units.Progress Energy

Water

We pay the city for water and sewer use. When you receive your monthly billing statement from Marlene Drive, it will reflect the amount owed for your apartment's usage. You should pay this charge along with your rent each month.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any of our rental units. Sorry, but no exceptions are made. If we find an animal in your apartment it is grounds for immediate eviction plus a $300 penalty.

Cable Television/Internet

All of our rental unites are cable-ready. Cable service is provided through Time Warner Cable. This service is optional. Satellite dishes are not allowed unTime Warner Cable logoder any circumstance.

We do not have any photos or floor plans available of Marlene Drive at this time. These properties were recently acquired by the same Management team as Hammock Lane. Renovations have been made and will continue to be made as we are made aware. We apologize for the lack of information and appreciate your patience. Location
Marlene Drive is located off of Commerce Drive, which runs behind the Intersection of Western Blvd. and Highway 17 behind the Applebee's Restaurant. From Western Blvd, Commerce Road is located at the traffic light with SunCom and Sonic Drive-Thru. Marlene Drive is the last right hand turn, making a loop back to Commerce Drive.
